In January 2022, our team embarked on an extensive SEO project focused on improving online visibility and organic search rankings for a diverse portfolio of Manufactured Home Communities.

The Challenge

Our Manufactured Home Communities faced significant challenges in establishing an organic presence on search engines. Outdated content, inadequate SEO optimizations, and lacking backlink profiles contributed to their low to zero visibility. Moreover, their Google business profiles were not optimized or utilized to their full potential.

The Strategy

To address these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive strategy. We began by rewriting the copy for all websites, ensuring it was engaging, informative, and search engine-friendly. We also optimized SEO titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility. Constant monitoring and optimization of Google business profiles were conducted to maximize their impact. We performed thorough competitor research to gain insights and identify opportunities. Additionally, we addressed technical issues such as sitemaps and eliminated any spammy website links.

The Results

Our efforts yielded significant results. We witnessed a notable increase in organic traffic to the Manufactured Home Communities’ websites. The optimized Google business profiles became a valuable asset, generating increased calls, clicks, and direction requests from potential customers. Not only did our strategy improve their visibility, but it also enabled them to surpass their competitors in search engine rankings.
